Economic development officials from Dubuque and Maquoketa have announced yet another new business project set for the U.S. 61 corridor. Waukesha, Wisconsin-based HUSCO International will expand their operations in Maquoketa, Iowa. (read details)

February 18, 2008 - ITC Transmission
For the second time in just twenty days, economic development officials and City leaders have announced yet another new business project for the Dubuque region. Michigan-based International Transmission Company (ITC) has announced plans to purchase approximately 12.5 acres of land and build a new 30,000 square foot facility in the Dubuque Industrial Center West. January 30 , 2008 - Hormel Foods
Hormel Foods will build an $89 million, state-of-the-art food processing facility in Dubuque's Industrial Center West, City officials were informed late Tuesday. The Austin, Minnesota-based company will break ground this summer and plans to have two lines producing packaged foods in 327,000 square feet of new space by the fall of 2009. (read details)
