Gold ($1,000) - This sole luncheon sponsor will have the option to give a two to three minute presentation before lunch. The Gold sponsor will also receive an exhibit table, two registrations, logo on conference website, and logo on PowerPoint at the conference.

 

Silver ($500) - one exhibit table, two registrations, logo on conference website, logo on PowerPoint at the conference

 

Bronze ($250) - one exhibit table, one registration, logo on PowerPoint at the conference

Exhibitors

Exhibitors receive one registration and exhibit space at the conference. The fee is $70.
